Pertama pelayanan cukup merepotkan untuk urus surat-surat penting seperti SKCK dsb, mulai dari antrian nya ribet karna manual dan gak ada yg intrukturin harus ngantri dan nunggu dimana soalnya setiap admin depan dan admin samping/belakang beda tugas. Kedua untuk admin depan saya mengalami diperlambat karna kerja nya ada yang sambil main hp dsb, selain itu salah satu admin nyuruh saya photocopy berkas, sedangkan saat saya kembali lagi menyerah kan copyan berkas malah disuruh nyerahin berkas asli, jadi gak guna saya muter" di bulan puasa nyari tukang photo copy an pada tutup sedangkan siangnya harus berangkat kuliah jadi telat, tolong kalo mau istirahat kan ada jam nya gak usah nyolong-nyolong waktu ngerjain rakyat gitu. Ketiga, ini tidak selalu tapi cuma pernah 2 kali saya alami, jadi di RT saya diminta dana sumbangan dari kelurahan seikhlasnya dan no problem lah kan gak setiap saat dimintain, tapi saat di kelurahan saat saya ingin keluar malah seperti dipaksain buat nyumbang lagi sama ibu-ibu didepan meja antrian min 5k, sebenarnya gak masalah tapi caranya kurang sopan aja buat sumbangan kok dipaksa gitu mana pake minimal lagi, kenapa saya bilang kurang sopan karna posisi tempat ramai dan dia teriak manggil "mbak/ibu" ke arah saya pas saya mau keluar, kesan nya saya kaya salah apa gitu diteriakin kan malu apalagi sebelum nya saya gak tau kalo nyumbang nya wajib jadi pas saat itu saya gak bawa uang lebih juga, belom siap-siap juga berangkat kuliah pengen cepet-cepet pulang gitu, dan saya antri dari jam 9 selesai jam 12. Segitu termasuk cepet kata ibu saya yg biasa bolak balik kelurahan karna biasanya nanya atau gak ngerti ke pegawai nya karna ibu saya buta huruf jadi diperlambat lagi jadi bisa bisa disuruh pulang isi berkas sendiri gitu, jadi gak efesien bgt kan.

Kalo dibandingin sama yang dulu tahun 2000-an pelayanan terhadap masyarakat bertambah baik. Sangat bersyukur menjadi warga DKI Jakarta bila dibandingkan dengan wilayah lain yang pelayanan publiknya jauh lebih baik dibandingkan dengab provinsi lain. Tempat orang orang yang berdomisili disekitar penggilingan mengurus perizinan perizinan seperti pembuatan SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian). Tempatnya berada di area pik. Untuk melakukan pengurusan izin dan lain lain, jam operasional sudah dimulai jam 8 pagi dan tutup jam 4. Datanglah lebih pagi apabila tidak ingin mengantri. Untuk tempatnya tidak terlalu besar. Jadi apabila antrian sedang penuh kemungkinan didalam akan padat.
