★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat memuaskan dan sangat cepat... Petugas pun responsif dan kreatif. Apalagi fasilitas layanan online aplikasi layanan pela. Saya menggunakan aplikasi ini pelayanan jelas banget & kalau ada kurang berkas langsung di informasikan. Jadi sgt efektif. Setahu saya baru pela mampang aja yg online inovasi dari petugas PTSP Pak Faisal yang kreatif banget & mudah install di playstore walau bukan aplikasi resmi dari pemerintah tp hasil sangat benar-benar memuaskan. Good jobs... !!! Berkali-kali mengajukan pelayanan mudah & cpet banget. Trimakasih PTSP Kelurahan Pela Mampang.
 The service is very satisfying and very fast ... The officers are responsive and creative. Moreover, the online service facility pela service application. I use this application, the service is very clear & if there is a lack of information, the file is immediately informed. So very effective. As far as I know, I just posted the online innovation from the PTSP officer Mr. Faisal who is very creative and easy to install on the Playstore even though it is not an official application from the government but the results are really really satisfying. Good jobs ... !!! Many times asking for easy & very cpet services. Thanks PTSP Pela Mampang Village.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru prtama x main k klurahan ptugas'y ramah & sungguh berkesan,... informasi'y aplikasi layanan pela buatan ptugas pela mampang sndiri,... antara prcaya ga prcaya, krn saat install bukan akun playstore resmi dr pemprov,... pas saya pastiin k ptugas'y bpk faisal t'nyata buatan beliau,... inovatif bgt. Subhanallah,, Smg berkah & bermanfaat buat org byk.
Only first x play in the ptugas'y sub-district is friendly & really memorable, ... the information on the pela service application made by the pela staff makes it easy for themselves, ... between believe and not believe, because when installing is not an official playstore account from the provincial government, ... Cool place, not hot near the complex, state elementary schools are also close, large yard for vehicle parking..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menjadi salah satu contoh bagaimana pelayanan pemerintah kepada publik yang baik dilaksanakan. Saya beberapa kali melakukan pengurusan dokumen dan administrasi kependudukan disini dan hasilnya sangat puas.
Pegawai kelurahan sangat kooperatif dan melayani dengan cekatan serta memberikan arahan yang jelas. Lingkungan kantor yang selalu bersih dan tenang, pengaturan parkir dan ruang tunggu yang baik, toilet bersih, semoga terus dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan.
To be an example of how good government services to the public are carried out. I have done several documents and population administration arrangements here and the results are very satisfied.
Kelurahan employees are very cooperative and serve deftly and provide clear directions. The office environment is always clean and quiet, good parking and waiting area arrangements, clean toilets, hopefully it will continue to be maintained and improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah lama tidak ke Kelurahan ini walaupun lokasi nya dekat rumah. Agak segan kuatir birokrasi yg berbelit belit dan proses yang lama.
Akhirnya ke Kelurahan utk mengurus surat keterangan utk permohonan keringanan biaya PBB rumah orang tua. Setelah mengisi formulir yg disediakan dan melengkapi dokumen pendukung nya saya datang kesana. Hanya ada 2 petugas yg ada di front office.
Saya ditanya keperluan nya dan dokumen langsung dicek. Sebenarnya bisa mendaftar dulu lewat aplikasi. Ternyata tidak pakai lama dokumen langsung ditandatangani oleh Lurah. Hanya menunggu 15 menit saja asal dokumen sdh lengkap.
Terakhir kali saya kesana minggu lalu utk melaporkan lingkungan rumah yg penuh sampah dan tidak ada petugas kebersihan yg membersihkan. Ini juga tidak pakai lama, beberapa petugas kebersihan langsung datang dan membersihkan lingkungan. Cuma kantong sampah nya belum diambil sampai saat ini.
Semoga kantong sampah segera diambil, saya tidak perlu datang ke kelurahan hanya utk melaporkan ini. Terimakasih sudah tanggap atas laporan warga, semoga kedepannya kinerja semakin membaik.
Haven't been to this village for a long time, even though the location is close to home. Somewhat reluctant to worry about convoluted bureaucracy and long processes.
Finally, I went to the village to arrange a certificate for a request for a reduction in the cost of the Land and Building Tax for my parents' house. After filling out the form provided and completing the supporting documents, I came there. There are only 2 officers at the front office.
I was asked what the requirements were and the documents were immediately checked. Actually, you can register first through the application. It didn't take long for the document to be signed by the Lurah. It only takes 15 minutes as long as the documents are complete.
The last time I went there was last week to report that the house environment was full of garbage and there was no cleaning staff. It also didn't last long, some cleaners immediately came and cleaned the environment. It's just that the trash bag hasn't been picked up until now.
I hope the trash bags are taken away soon, I don't have to come to the village just to report this. Thank you for responding to citizen reports, hopefully in the future performance will improve.
