Udah di taro di kardus yg disediakan, dihubungi untuk merubah ktp, sudah rubah dan tinggal bawa fotocopy ktp, malah dibilang dokumen ketumpuk dan disuruh minta pengantar RT/RW dan dokumen lainnya. Pas udh minta surat RT RW, tiba2 di wa kalo dokumennya ada. Akhirnya ke sana buat taro fotocopy ktp, lgsng konfirmasi via wa kalo udh naro, tp udh 2 hari gak dibales pdahal online :'((( trus jdi gak jelas gmana karena libur panjang
