β β β β β Kantor Kelurahan LEDOK ini, merupakan kantor kelurahan yang baik administrasi dan pengelolaannya. Lokasinya di tepi jalan raya Veteran, kawasan ABC Salatiga, yang selalu padat dan ramai. Keberadaannya juga dekat dengan perumahan penduduk. Buka setiap hari melayani masyarakatnya, dengan baik, sesuai SOP, dan profesional. Menurut pengamatan, pelayanan di kelurahan tergolong cepat dan lancar. Pegawai kelurahannya sopan dan ramah-ramah. Urusan untuk mengurus surat menyurat jadi mudah dan terselesaikan dalam waktu singkat. Di samping itu pengurusan surat menyurat di kelurahan ini tidak dipungut biaya satu sen pun.

β β β β β Kantor yg strategis di pinggir jalan utama smg-solo. Pelayanan sering lama & terlalu ribet karena banyak berkas utk kelengkapan administrasi dibandingkan kelurahan lain di salatiga. Mohon pak Lurahnya jg tdk sering dinas, karena sering warga yg menyempatkan waktunya izin hanya utk mengurus administrasi tetapi terganjal tidak ada pak Lurahnya utk minta pengesahan ttd. Mohon pelayanan lbh ditingkatkan lg & tdk terlalu ribet.

β β β β β This is a small local government office to serve citizens who lived at Kelurahan Ledok. This office has quite good, fast, and effective service system. The place is also really strategic because located on a main road in Salatiga (that connected Semarang to Solo), and can be accessed easily by public transportation from angkutan kota to intercity buses. The parking lot is not big but quite enough. Accessibility for the disable doesn't exist. It is also can be easily found because the sign name of the office is big and clear enough.
