Tolong untuk dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan masyarakat. Bagaimanapun pemerintahan hadir untuk melayani masyarakat.
*Contoh kasus:
1. Antrian vaksin masih kurang jelas, masih banyak yang saling mendahului karena tidak ada informasi mengenai alur pelaksanaan dan tidak ada penandaan (signage) yang menunjukkan tempat dan sub pelayanan.
2. (Oknum) Petugas vaksin berbicara dengan nada seolah kurang menghargai peserta vaksin. (Meskipun peserta vaksin berusia lebih muda, seharusnya pelayanan tetap dilaksanakan secara maksimal karena ini mencerminkan mutu dari kelurahan Gayamsari.)
Masukan : perbaikan terhadap susunan panitia dan alur pelayanan vaksinasi. Terapkan standar pelayanan masyarakat yang lebih baik dan informatif agar masyarakat tidak kebingungan saat akan vaksin.

The 3rd vaccine service is less friendly.

*Sample case:
1. Vaccine queues are still unclear, many are still ahead of each other because there is no information on the implementation flow and no signage indicating the place and sub-services.
2. (Unperson) The vaccine officer spoke in a tone as if he did not respect the vaccine participants. (Even though the vaccine participants are younger, the service should still be carried out optimally because this reflects the quality of the Gayamsari village.)
Input: improvements to the composition of the committee and the flow of vaccination services. Implement better and more informative community service standards so that people don't get confused when it comes to vaccines.
