Pelayanan terdapat di luar gedung dengan 1 orang customer service, jadi pengunjung tidak diperkenankan masuk ke dalam gedung kecuali untuk keperluan tertentu yang mengharuskan masuk, seperti contohnya foto ktp. Pengunjung diharap mengantre dengan sabar dan tidak berdesakkan untuk mengurangi persebaran virus. Pelayanannya sangat sabar dan sangat baik.
During the current covid-19 pandemic, services are parallel offline and also online. The service is outside the building with 1 customer service person, so visitors are not allowed to enter the building except for certain purposes that require entry, such as a photo ID. Visitors are expected to queue patiently and not crowd to reduce the spread of the virus. The service is very patient and very good.
