Jam kerja yang ngaret, tidak ada nomor antrean (jadi pada berjubel di meja), petugas yang tidak profesional, dan tata ruangnya kumuh banget, kayak gudang barang bekas. Butuh penyegaran dari segi ruang. Petugas yang udh tua tua pecat-pecatin aja, ganti sama yang lebih enerjik dan open-minded.

Juga mulai dong pake teknologi disini. Masa iya harus ngelengkapin berkas berkas yg berjubel. Berapa banyak kertas yg kebuang itu setiap harinya ? Pakai sistem online dan update secara real time. Jadi berkas berkas tinggal upload aja ke server, tunggu progress, tinggal cetak deh.

Ayo dong masa udh tahun 2020 kagak ada berbenahnya sih. Pelayanannya ga jauh beda sama kayak saya dtg kesini 2013 dulu. Parah dah
 Very, very unprofessional. Hard working hours, no queue numbers (so you crowded around the table), unprofessional staff, and the layout is really shabby, like a used goods warehouse. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lama banget woy. Ngurusin surat kematian aja sampe mau sebulan. Masih ada aja yg kurang. Heran segitu banyak nya orang yg kerja disitu . Cuma 1 orng doang yg handle. Yg lain gak bisa backup. Padahal cuma tinggal ganti nama sama cap doang aja. Gak makan waktu 1jam kalo langsung di kerjain.
Wow, really long service. Just take care of death certificates until I want a month. There is still something missing. It is surprising that there are so many people working there. Only 1 person handles it. Others can't backup. Even though it only remains to change the name with the stamp only. It doesn't take 1 hour if I do it right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang jam 8, berkas langsung diterima. Disuruh tunggu petugas ektp datang, lewat jam 9 diinfo alatnya rusak disuruh balik lagi minggu depan. ?
