★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya jelek banget. Pns nya pd dateng jam 11an, dateng2 bukannya langsung kerja layani warga tp malah mainan hp trs didepan komputer, malah ngobrolin anggaran. Pelayanannya lama banget, ditambah pas udah beres malah ada yg belum dibikin. Untung sy cek. Ada bapak2 yg mau nebus ktp, malah di suruh cari sendiri di buku yg dikasih sama pns tersebut. Kacau dah!!
The service is really bad. The pns arrived at 11 o'clock, but instead of directly serving the residents, the cellphone toys were even in front of the computer, instead they talked about the budget. The service is very long, plus when it's done, there are some who have not been made. Good thing, check. There are fathers who want to redeem ID cards, instead they are told to look for themselves in the book given to the civil servant. What a mess !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk , PNS Makan gaji buta doang, bukannya melayani asik ngobrol sama main HP aja, KUALITAS SDM SANGAT SANGAT RENDAH DAN GA BERMUTU! SANGAT TIDAK PANTAS DAN GAA COCOK JADI PNS!!!
Bad service, civil servants only eat blind salaries, instead of serving, they are cool to chat with playing cellphones, the quality of human resources is VERY VERY LOW AND NOT OF QUALITY! VERY INAPPROPRIATE AND NOT SUITABLE TO BE A PNS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor kelurahan Babakan nyempil di perkampungan & perumahan Modernland ( mall metropolis ),,..# lebih baik kelurahan di bubarkan saja. Sungguh pelayanan terhadap warga jelek. Yg nama nya Pak lurah jam kerja tidak ada di tempat. & Kalau datang melenggang pakai sendal jepit..( dari lurah jaman alm. Pa Lurah Abu sampai lurah Ter baru dari pengurusan pensiun alm ibu 8 tahun lalu, Sampai tahun ini, 2001, pengurusan pensiun alm. Ayah saya ..) ## ? Lobi pelayanan kosong melompong. ( Di jaga anak SMK yg magang), pegawai kelurahan mondar mandir gak jelas. Pak lurah datang jam 11 siang.. Utk Pak sekertaris lurah Cek kelengkapan berkas tidak di bagian pelayanan, alur persyaratan Bank tidak jelas versi kelurahan Babakan. Sekretaris kelurahan yg pegawai tetap malahan jam kerja ngopi & makan pisang goreng berlumuran minyak di parkiran motor tuh. Ada foto nya .. wkwkwkw..( 2 tangan )??.. urus berkas pensiun alm orangtuaku dari Bank BJB. Berkas dari sebesar Bank BJB yg jelas & valid . 2 Minggu mondar mandir di kelurahan ada aja dokumen kurang. Dan gak masuk akal ?? . Gak selsay2. " yah memang harus nya begitu bu".. ( Pegawai kelurahan Babakan : namanya Ahmad ) -- ( format formulir Bank BJB di rekayasa ala2 kelurahan Babakan ) " di kelurahan Babakan ini Memang harus nya pengurusan apa apa yah lama"..? ternyata kode minta duit. 200 rebu. Urusan 2 Minggu Kelar 1 hari. Ya Allah gustii.. ? ## foto Terlampir Gimana nih Pak walikota .. ?? Kelurahan babakan jadikan online saja. Alur jelas. Pelayanan jelas seperti Kantor Dukcapil. Daripada pegawai makan gaji buta.
The Babakan sub-district office is located in the Modernland village & housing complex (metropole mall), it's better if the kelurahan is dissolved. Really bad service to citizens.
