★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini saya mau proses pecah sertifikat, harus ada persyaratan IRK dari PTSP kecamatan. Yg saya bingung dan bikin kecewa juga ko cuma Validasi bisa sampai 1 bulan, memang validasi apa saja y? Secara sekarang proses sudah serba pakai system, harusnya makin cepat prosesnya. Standar 14 hari paling lama sya rasa masih normal. Tolong di benahi lagi yg seperti ini.
I want the process of breaking the certificate, there must be IRK requirements from the sub-district PTSP. What am I confused and disappointed too, how come only validation can be up to 1 month, what kind of validation is it? Now that the process is a multi-use system, the process should be faster. Standard 14 days at most, I think it's still normal. Please fix something like this again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat lambat, hanya minta Cap dan tanda tangan harus kembali pada keesokan hari. Artinya 24 jam, padahal tidak ada antrian alias lengang. Jam 8:00 kantor belum buka, baru pukul 8:30 buka. Pkl 12:00-13:00 waktu istirahat, semua karyawannya istirahat semua alias kantor tutup sementara. Hadehhh gregetan coy, padahal bertempat di Jakarta sebagai salah satu kota tersibuk di dunia atau city never sleep. Tapi pegawai pemerintahannya sleepy sekali

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lambat, saya hanya minta tanda tangan dan cap, dari pagi jam 09:00-14:00 berkas saya masih belum di tanda tangani dan di cap. Padahal antrian tidak terlalu banyak hanya 9 orang yg mengurus, seperti seolah" yang pada ngantri sekitar puluhan orang.
