Update : kalau kesini terutama hari senin mungkin jangan terlalu pagi. Karena petugasnya ada Apel/upacara dulu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu kantor kecamatan di Semarang, tepatnya kecamatan Semarang Barat. Beberapa kali mengurus administrasi di tempat ini banyak perubahan yang signifikan. Kecamatan mulai welcome, pegawainya ramah, pelayanan cepat, dsb, boleh dibilang sudah menerapkan pelayanan administrasi modern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor yg cukup luas, mudah diakses hanya sayang agak masuk ke gang besar sedikit, dekat dg kantor polisi ,KUA dan sekolah sehingga terlihat ramai setiap hari ya, ada angkot tapi lewat jalan utama. Pelayanan cepat dan ga ribet, pusat informasi dan layanan cukup ramah dan mudah mendapat informasi. Semoga bermanfaat info ini
The office is quite spacious, easily accessible, but unfortunately it enters a little big alley, close to the police station, KUA and the school so it looks crowded every day, there is an angkot but through the main road. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seharusnya semua prosedur diinfokan dlu di kelurahan masing masing ( prosedur pendaftaran online disdukcapil )
Karena tidak semua orang punya hp dan paham, harusnya dikasih solusi, bukan dengan aturan yg njlimet (harus daftar online)
Jadinya warga tidak bolak balik buat ngurus ke kecamatan
Karena tidak semua orang punya waktu luang
All procedures should be informed in advance in their respective kelurahan (online registration procedure for Disdukcapil)
Because not everyone has a cellphone and understands, a solution should be given, not with complicated rules (must register online)
So residents don't go back and forth to take care of the sub-district
Because not everyone has free time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Above average for government service office. No hanky panky with bribes and the likes that I know of, and the officer are helpful and well versed with their jobs. Just get your required documentation in order, get the queue ticket, they will help you sort out your citizen administration paper.
