employees are not friendly and often say they are not wearing hearts. hopefully there will be further action. I do not have an Ect because I am busy, but it is said that I have never paid attention to the word bitch.

Pertanyaan saya
1. Apa memang diperbolehkan pergi2 begitu ketika jam kerja?
2. Apa memang tdk ada staff lain yg bisa mewakili agar klo yg itu pergi operasional bisa ttp jalan??

My question
1. Is it really permissible to go out during working hours?
2. Is there really no other staff who can represent so that when the one who goes operational can still run?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan masyarakat ok bangett cepat dan tanggap. Pegawai nya jg ramah-ramah. Selama pandemi udah menerapkan protokol kesehatan seperti mengukur suhu tubuh, menyediakan handsanitizer, memberi pembatas pada loket, dan menyediakan kursi tunggu bagi tamu dg diberi jarak?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawainya kurang ramah dan tidak helpful. Saya ngurus KTP di sini yg nggak jadi udah setahun lebih. Bukannya dibantu dengan enak, tapi disalahkan kenapa tidak daftar ulang dan sebagainya. Sistem dokumentasinya juga tidak ada digital, jadi mempersulit saya saat ngecek data ktp karena harua buka buku tebal seperti jaman belum ada komputer dan Internet.
Lokasi strategis, pinggir jalan utama. Ada fotokopian di depannya. Dekat polres juga jadi nggak ribet kalau urus SKCK
