Pelayanan pegawai nya kurang simpatik, tidak responsif, padahal suasana tidak ramai dan jam kerja.
Ingin tau berapa lama pengurusan administrasi kependudukan ini selesai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayananya sangat kurang. Proses mudah di bikin lama dan nunggu sampe setegah hari!! Pegawai udh pada tua dan tidak ada 3S ,.!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau bikin KTP baru jam 10.30 sudah tidak boleh masuk, malah disuruh besoknya, masaiya kerja dari jam 8 sampai jam 10 doang. Yang begini nih harus disebarkan kasusnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk.masa ganti KK aja harus 3minggu.udah gitu mau minta draf nya aja harus nunggu 1 minggu.bukan nya bikin/ganti KK itu prosesnya cuma 4 hari kerja ya
The service is very bad. The period of changing the KK must be 3 weeks. So I want to ask for a draft, I have to wait 1 week. Instead of making / replacing a KK, the process is only 4 working days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk sekali,masa buat KK Uda ada drafnya harus nunggu 2 Minggu,trus gak bisa langsung sama ngurus KTP lgi.
Mengecewakan
Very bad service, when for KK there is a draft, you have to wait 2 weeks, then you can't take care of your ID card right away anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor camat Ciomas sekarang baru dan megah bangunannya. Mantap betul semoga pelayanan juga semakin baik. Lokasi cukup strategis di jalan raya Ciomas. Kalau di Bogor pengurusan KTP lama banget minta ampun tidak seperti daerah lain misalnya Bantul bisa jadi dalam seminggu. Namun kalau di Bogor KTP belum jadi hampir setahun ini.
The Ciomas sub-district office is now new and magnificent. Very well, hopefully the service is getting better. The location is quite strategic on the Ciomas highway. If in Bogor, the KTP is very old, I'm asking for forgiveness, unlike other areas such as Bantul, it can be a week. But if in Bogor KTP has not been made for almost a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dizaman corona gini, ngurus KK kudu wajib datang langsung ke kecamatan dengan membawa berkas dari pendukung dari RT, RW, Kelurahan. dah gitu prosesnya pun lama, disuruh nunggu 3 minggu
plis deh bapak ibu camat, lagi korona gini tolong dikembangkan pelayanannya via online. dedikasikan STAFF IT nya untuk membuat program agak masyarakat tidak perlu lagi datang ke kecamatan, bukan kah kita diharuskan diam dirumah?
