★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama satu sampai tiga bulan belakangan ini saya termasuk sering urus KK dan KTP untuk saya dan anak-anak saya baik-baik saja. Pelayanannya baik dan termasuk cepat jika dibandingkan dengan sepuluh tahun kebelakang ?
Urusan KK mulai dari RT sd Kelurahan dalam hanya dalam hitungan jam selesai semuanya, gratis. Kecuali saya ngasih Pak RT (wajarlah yah, paling dia kan dapat honor dari kelurahan per bulannya paling cuma Rp 150.000,- an).
Hari itu juga saya sudah bisa menyerahkan berkas ke Kantor Kecamatan, kemudian dapat resi untuk pengambilan KK. Paling lama seminggu sudah bisa diambil. Untuk cetak KTP dibuat pengajuannya melalui online (tidak perlu lagi urus ke RT dan kelurahan), hanya menunggu paling lama tiga hari sudah bisa diambil...?
Kerenlah Kota Bogor pelayanannya ?

Family affairs ranging from RT to Kelurahan in just hours are all done, free of charge. Unless I give Pak RT (that's natural, at least he gets a monthly honorarium from the urban village, at least Rp. 150,000).
That same day I was able to submit the files to the District Office, and then I got a receipt to collect my KK. At most a week it can be taken. For printed ID cards, the submission is made online (no need to take care of RT and kelurahan), only waiting for a maximum of three days can be taken ... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebetul nya pelayanan nya lumayan lah standar, hanya ini yg bkin ga enak di liat,lagi banyak customer ,pegawai ini pegang hp terus, entah pegang hp krna ngerjain kerjaan atau skdar online, bhkn sampai org ada yg nannya aja mata dia tetep ke hp. Kalau mmg lg ngerjain kerjaan lewa HP, tolong saat CS lagi bertanya etye contack nya diperhatikan, dn atiitude nya ya. Riview buat pegawai ini atau pegawai siapapun, kalau lgi bnyk customer tolonglah hargai dlu org bicara jangan sambil liat HP, seakan kita gak penting. Tp 2 JEMPOL buat bapak2 sya ga tau siapa namanya pelayanan dia super duper ramah, jelas, sigap, dan cepat, dan bapak itu g pernh pegang2 hp saat melayani CS.
Actually, the service is pretty standard, this is the only thing that makes it uncomfortable to look at, there are more customers, this employee keeps his cellphone, whether he's holding his cellphone because he's doing work or just online, even until someone asks, his eyes stay on the cellphone. If you're working on a cell phone, please, when CS is asking for the contact etye, pay attention to it, and the attitude. A review for this employee or any employee, if there are too many customers, please respect people when they talk, not while looking at their cellphones, as if we are not important. But 2 thumbs up for the gentlemen, I don't know what the name of the service is, he is super duper friendly, clear, alert, and fast, and the father never holds the cellphone while serving CS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas ramah²,terutama An bapak Nurul d bagian e ktp dan kk,sangat membantu dan sabar.mudah²an kedepannya di ruang tunggu luar Ada kipas angin,dan pakai no antrian,Hatur nuhun.
Fyi untuk pencetakan e ktp bisa buat disini,dan 1 minggu kemudian jadi tanpa harus ke disdukcapil..
Friendly staff, especially An Nurul, on e-mail and credit, very helpful and patient. Easy in the future in the outdoor waiting room. There is a fan, and use no queue, Hatur Nuhun.
Fyi for e-ID card printing can be made here, and 1 week later without having to go to disdukcapil ...

Ada Wi-Fi publik tp kok di password, wkwkw?
