Mungkin kalo ditambah dengan teller atau cs tambahan bisa lebih cepat lagi ke depannya...
Hari sibuk, senin dan jumat...
The place is pretty clean, the queue is a lot but the process is fast,...
Maybe if it is added with an additional teller or cs it can be even faster in the future...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pengalaman disini.. customer service BCA nya cuma 1 dan tellernya ada 2.. lumayan sepi cuma dengan customer service 1 orang terlalu lama gengs nungguinnya.. datang kesini antrian A021 eh baru A016 tapi lama bangettt beliaunya gengs hampir sejam sendiri tapi dimaklumin lah tugas CS memangmelayani customer dengan kesabaran nyaaa..
experience here ... there is only 1 BCA customer service and 2 tellers ... quite quiet with only 1 customer service person too long to wait for it ... come here queue A021 eh new A016 but it took a very long time to be young, almost an hour by myself but understandably CS is the duty indeed serve customers with patience ..

mesin atm juga cuman ada 1 tapi bisa buat setor tarik tunai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 1 Desember 2021 saya datang ke BCA Gedong Kuning bermaksud membuka rekening baru tetapi baru mau masuk dan mengambil nomer antrian di tolak oleh security dengan alasan antrian Customer Service sudah banyak.
Padahal saya mau menyetor uang dengan nominal lumayan banyak dan di suruh oleh security untuk membuka rekening di BCA cabang lain. Apakah memang ini SOP pelayanan di BCA, terus terang sebagai calon nasabah saya kecewa dan akhirnya uang saya setorkan ke Bank lain.
On December 1, 2021, I came to BCA Gedong Kuning intending to open a new account but just wanted to enter and take a queue number which was rejected by security on the grounds that there were already a lot of customer service queues.
Even though I wanted to deposit a large amount of money and was told by security to open an account at another BCA branch. Is this really the service SOP at BCA, frankly as a prospective customer I was disappointed and finally I deposited the money to another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 kali ditolak untuk pembukaan rekening, dengan alasan sedang ada breafing dan kantor sudah mau tutup padahal baru jam 11 lebih sedikit..
2 times rejected for account opening, on the grounds that there was a briefing and the office was about to close even though it was only a little past 11 o'clock..
