The office provide computer and printer for free. While I missed out the letter, I could just print from the email. Bring your pen-drive with all your softcopy just in case you need to edit your letter.

I have problem with my billing due, the billing was lost and it should paid for passport extension last month. However, the staff help me out to get this issue clear and done only in 1-day with the queue apps, Si Semar Layak.
