★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat merasakan apa yang dialami masyarakat, konteks 'PELAYANAN MASYARAKAT' tp staff pelayanan masyarakat sgt 'TDK WELCOME', kaget btul sya kira akan disambut dengan baik, nyatanya TAMU yang datang SPT DIINJAK-INJAK, hanya krn ORG BIASA. Tolong jangan melampiaskan ke-stressan kalian dengan memarahi masyarakat yg tdk tau apa-apa, terimakasih ?
really feel what the community is experiencing, the context of 'COMMUNITY SERVICE' but the community service staff is really 'TDK WELCOME', really surprised I thought it would be welcomed well, in fact GUESTS who came SPT were trampled, only because ordinary people. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya sedikit bingung tapi saya coba bertanya & dikasih panduan ketika mau bikin akta kematian, legalisir, bikin ktp, lalu bikin surat pindah, semuanya cepat kok kalo kitanya berani bertanya berkas apa aja yg harus dilengkapi, dan harus berangkat pagi biar cepat selesai,, maklum ciamis luas, bukan anda saja yang diurusi,
Note: biar gabulak balik kerumah bawa semua persyaratannya aja,, datang lebih awal lebih cepat, dan sabar hehhe semangat yg kerja dan yang membuat persyaratan. Pelayananan cukup bagus dan mohon tempatnya diperluas

Saya membuat KTP dari Hari Jum'at tanggal 21 januari 2022 sekitar pukul 09.00 WIB awalnya saya d beritahu bahwa ktpnya jadi setelah sholat jum'at, akhirnya saya pulang dulu, kemudia saya datang lagi setelah sholat jum'at sekitar pukul 13.30 WIB,dan belum selesai, saya d suruh datang kembali hari senin,.Hari ini Senin tanggal 24 Januari 2022 pukul 09.00 KTP saya belum Selesai, Sementara orang orang yang membuat KTP d hari yg sama dgn saya sudah mndapatkan KTPnya...Sekiranyaa kalau misalkan blm selesai jangan menjanjikan ya pak dan kalau ada masalah entah itu nomor NIK dll, tlg d beritahu pak ,
Semoga Kedepannya lebih baik lagi, Terimkasih

I made an ID card from Friday, January 21, 2022 at around 09.00 WIB I was initially told that the ID card was so after Friday prayers, I finally went home first, then I came again after Friday prayers around 13.30 WIB, and yet finished, I was ordered to come back on Monday, today Monday, January 24, 2022 at 09.00 my ID card is not finished, while the people who made the ID card on the same day as me already got their ID card... If for example it's not finished, don't promise Yes, sir, and if there is a problem, whether it's the NIK number, etc., please let me know, sir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf sebelum nya tapi memang yng saya rasakan playanan nya kurang ramah/judes pdhal seharus sebagay playanan pemerintahan harus ramah melayani kebutuhan masyarakat, sya membuat akte kematian dan bertanya baik2 jawaban nya sangt tidak enak, dengan nada judes pegawai ny menjawab, mohon lebih di perhatikan layanan dan tatakrama playanan nya agar masyarakat lebih nyaman mengurus kepentingan nya di CAPIL...? Terimakasih
Sorry in advance but what I feel is that the game is not friendly/bitty even though the government should be friendly to serve the needs of the community, I made a death certificate and asked nicely, the answer was very bad, with a bitchy tone the employee answered, please pay more attention to the service and the manners of the game so that people are more comfortable taking care of their interests in CAPIL...? Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melihat ulasan² kayak gak ada yg baek seakan² pelayanan capilduk ciamis tdk baek, tapi setelah sy rasakan tdk sperti yg sy bayangkan, sy nyetak KTP sama KK pelayanannya baek, ramah, cepet lagi cuman nunggu beberapa menit aja, itupun pendaftaran ato prosesnya melalui online cuman pencetakannya doang melalui offline, trmksh capilduk ciamis sudah melayani kami dg baek, smoga Allah yg akan membalas kebaikan Bpk ibu skalian. ?
Looking at the reviews, it seems like nothing is good, as if the Ciamis Capilduk service wasn't good, but after I felt it wasn't like I imagined, I printed my ID card and KK, the service was good, friendly, fast, just waiting for a few minutes, and even then the registration or online process only prints only through offline, thank you capilduk ciamis for serving us well, may Allah repay your kindness, ladies and gentlemen. ️
