Title nya BPJS kesehatan tp hanya melayani perusahaan swasta. Di edit aja pak bu biar yg mau ngurus bpjs kesehatan mandiri bisa langsung ke gedong kuning. suwun
The title is BPJS Kesehatan but only serves private companies. Just edit it, sir, so that those who want to take care of the independent health bpjs can go directly to the yellow building. thank you

Pelayananya cepat, mungkin karena sepi. Kalo diliat dari luar emg sepi bgt kek gak ada orang tp sebenernya ada org ehehe. Disini khusus melayani BPJS untuk badan usaha. Beda gak kek yg di gedong kuning, disana rame dan melayani khusus PNS dan mandiri.
The service is fast, maybe because it's quiet. If you see it from outside, it's not like you don't have anyone but actually there is an ehehe. Here it specifically serves BPJS for business entities. It is different whether the one who is gedong is yellow, there is crowded and serves specifically civil servants and independent.

Mbok tolong, kembalikan fungsi RO Perannya sangat penting bagi perusahaan seperti kami. Sekarang ada ketentuan2/ prosedur baru yg susah kami pahami Katanya harus via email, nyatanya email kami tdk pernah dibalas
Ma'am please, return the RO function His role is very important for companies like us. Now there are new provisions / procedures which are difficult for us to understand They said it had to be via email, in fact our email was never answered

Dulu terima pelayanan di tempat, terus dibuat kebijakan pelayanan di tempat hanya untuk yang udah janjian, dan lebih banyak respon dgn RO. Pelayanan RO nya bagus, sigap sangat membantu. skg malah RO dihilangkan, ini menyulitkan bagi PIC Perusahaan, kami sudah kesulitan memahami bpjs kesehatan ditambah banyak pertanyaan dr karyawan yg ga bisa kami jawab, ditambah beban skg apa" via email, mending klo fast respon, respon emailnya lamaaaaaaa, dan jawabannya ga menjelaskan atau membantu krna semua yg dtekankan hanya aplikasi jkn. kami kan butuh costumer service yg bisa di ajak konsul bukannya cuma nanggepin berdasar aturan aja. tolong dong kekurangan sdm atau gmna klo mau pake email ya ditingkatkan komunikasinya, kalau ga dikembalikan ke RO aja lah emng susah ya? kan RO hanya megang perwilayah aja, beberapa BU. Kami PIC megang 100 Karyawan lbih mau nanya ke siapa ini?????????

We need a customer service that the consul can invite instead of just answering based on the rules. please don't have a lack of human resources or what if you want to use email, improve the communication, if you don't return it to RO, it's really difficult, right? ? right, RO is only in charge of the area, a few BUs. We PIC have 100 employees. Would you like to ask who this is ?????????

Saya melakukan panggilan berkali-kali dengan enak nya petugas mengakhiri telp sampai plsa habis 40rb apakah gunanya telp kalau human nya eror nggak bersedia angkat telp ????
I made calls many times, it's easy for the officer to end the call until the pls runs out 40 thousand, what's the point of calling if the human is in error, he's not willing to pick up the phone ????
