★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD BANGET !!! mohon maaf ya sebelumnya karna penilaian saya buruk, tidak bisa melayani offline setidaknnya di online itu yang bagus dong pelayanannya.. Masa saya 3 hari urus online DIBIKIN RIBET, katanya mempermudah mempercepat.. Tapi balasan saja tidak ada.. Tambahin frontliner pengurusan online nya.. Dateng ke kantor tidak diterima karena alasan ga bisa offline, takut diburu satpol pp karna antrian membludak, tapi kenapa pengurusan online tidak baik ? Lamaa..
VERY BAD!!! I'm sorry, in advance, because my assessment is bad, I can't serve offline, at least online is a good service.. My 3 day period of managing online was CONFUSED, they said it was easier to speed up.. But there was no reply.. Add a frontliner for the online management. Coming to the office is not accepted because of the reason that you can't go offline, afraid of being chased by the PP Satpol because the queues are booming, but why is online management not good? long time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terlalu lama ngurusnya karena antrian pakai manual jadi harus berdiri n capek gaes apalagi klu orang tua kesitu, saya lihat kasian n ada wanita gendong anak juga ada
Upayakan pakai no antri yg bijak dong..jangan kayak ular...
It takes too long to take care of it because the queue uses manual so you have to stand up n tired guys, especially when the parents are there, I see it's a pity n there are women carrying children too
Try to use a wise queue, don't be like a snake...
