★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantin Sastra or widely known as Kansas is the canteen of Faculty of Humanities, University of Indonesia. Just like most of canteens in UI, the name of Kantin Sastra comes from the name of the faculty itself, which is 'Sastra'. The cone-shaped roof of the canteen makes some students call it Kancut (Kantin Kerucut). There are many food stalls, some of them are known as the tastiest foods in UI. The most famous food stall is Ayam Mas Roni, because they sell foods with great taste and cheap price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After renovation in 2018, now it is cleaner and tidier. The food is cheap and good. But when it is too crowded, we can't find a seat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sadly it's under renovation right now, but usually it's a pretty chill place with lots of options. Most of them are still there, but they have been moved to the parking area and - i fear - most of them may not be able to afford the rent after the renovation is done... such are the woes of gentrification. So please do come for their various food and drinks, especially the ayam bakar penyet and the crazy drink options with various toppings such as cheese

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy and crowded place, especially for breaktime hours. Nevertheless, i really enjoy yo buy food in here because they have various food with affordable price. Of course, i hope there's no differentiation between student's table and lecturer. When it comes to lunchtime, everyone has the same right to eat ?
