awalnya pelayanan Baik dan ramah
tapi pas saya ambil sepatu saya tidak liat lagi kondisinya dan keesokan hari saya baru sadar sayangnya saya sudah di bandara dengan kondisi sepatu yang saya terima. dengan keadaan sedikit rusak. dan saya tlp mereka mina di kirim gambar lewat Whatapp ke pihak kans.(lama responnya) dan saya pun mengirim email baru ke esok hari nya pihak mereka baru merespon. dan cara mereka menyelesaikan masalahnya menurut saya kurang bertanggung jawab.. mereka tidak mengaku salah.. padahal mereka punya file foto kondisi sebelum dan sesudah..
saya sebagai custumer baru sangat KECEWA...
VERY NO SATISFACTORY.
initially Good and friendly service
but when I take my shoes, I don't see the condition anymore, and the next day I realize that I'm unfortunately at the airport with the condition of the shoes I received. with a slightly damaged state. and I called them to send pictures via Whatapp to the chance party (the response time is long) and I sent a new e-mail the next day they responded. and the way they solve the problem I think is less responsible .. they don't admit to being wrong .. even though they have a condition photo file before and after ..
I as a new custumer is very DISAPPOINTED ...
