Perihal pembelian saya utk produck sendal HAVAIANAS 4 item di IG sdh saya bayar penuh, hari berikutnya saya tanyakan posisi barang hanya dikasih nomor pesanan yg tdk ada link utk pengecekan, setelah saya kirim email dan saya cari ada nomor WA, beberapa hari kemudian saya hubungi ternyata dr 4 item yg saya beli yg ready cm 2 item, stlh pengisian data bank utk pengembalian dana sdh hampir 1 minggu blm jg ada dana yg kembali, dan hebatnya lagi ngasih nomor resi salah punya org lain, setelah dpt nomor resi berjalan 4 hari saya tanyakan katanya barang sdh saya terima, padahal saya belum menerima, saya cek pun alamatnya berbeda dg akamat saya, ini tolong sebelum ini meluas agar diperhatikan kepercayaan sangat mahal harganya, klo mmg ini fiktif, tolong berhati2, utk calon pembeli harus bener2 berhati2 dlm membeli, operator saya hubungi jawaban yg mentah, tolong hati2 awas

customer service sangat buruk. belanja di web ELC sampai dengan skrg barang belum dikirim. setiap hari saya tlfn jawabannya standart "sedang kami bantu ke tim terkait" saya bilang apakah barang bisa saya pick up saja di store/tidak tapi sampai skrg belum ada tlfn atau email satu pun masuk untuk konfirmasi, padahal setiap complain selalu di infokan akan di tlfn/di email. kemana lagi saya harus complain? tolong Kanmo group perbaiki service anda apabila belum siap untuk penjualan online jangan jualan online. kita para orang tua ingin memberikan kado bagaimana kalo sudah lewat dari seminggu? pembelanjaan pun tidak bisa di cancel.

Worst customer service, saya order baju newborn dari Mothercare via online app dan sudah dari tgl 16 Nov. Tapi sampai sekarang posisi masih β€œorder sedang di proses.” Saat di tanyakan ke customer service, bulak balik info hanya β€œsedang di push ke ekspedisi.” Itu pun harus saya yang kejar2 mereka utk update saya, kalau saya tidak call / chat, ya tidak ada kabar walaupun sudah janji utk kasih kabar ke saya. Sampai sekarang status nya kalau di hubungi masih di β€œpush via email.” Mothercare sangat bagus, saya pun sering belanja di toko, tapi jangan belanja via app, bukannya praktis malah menambah pekerjaan kita.

Beli tas di kate spade, tapi poin member belum masuk sampai sekarang. Kirim email ke kanmo sudah sampai 2X, belum ada balasan. Coba telpon dengan nomor yg ada di website berkali kali, gak nyambung. Hanya di suruh pilih bahasa terus. Padahal ini perusahaan ritel besar ya, tapi pelayanan customer nya seperti ini.
Bought a bag at kate spade, but member points haven't been credited until now. Sending an email to Kanmo has arrived 2X, no response yet. Tried calling the number on the website many times, it didn't work. Only told to select the language continues. Even though this is a large retail company, yes, the customer service is like this.
