★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klo berurusan ama BRI memang sebaiknya ke kantor-kantor yang di perkotaan. Sepi, antrian gak lama, proses juga cepat.
Apakah SOPnya berbeda dengan kantor cabang di pinggir kota, Cibinong misalnya???
Karena tiap kesini kok pelayanannya cepat, tapi di kantor cabang lain ya ampun kaya gurem kerja tellernya.
Memuaskan lah pelayanan di Kanca ini. Gini dong, jangan kalah ama bank BUMN lain. Mereka dimana pun pelayanannya cepat, gak kaya BRI yang dimana-mana antriannya gak beraturan saking banyaknya.
Malu lah, mampu beli satelit, masa bikin SOP aja gak bisa.
 When dealing with BRI, it is better to go to offices in urban areas. It's quiet, the queue is not long, the process is also fast.
Is the SOP different from the branch office on the outskirts of the city, Cibinong for example???
Because every time the service comes here, the service is fast, but at another branch office, my goodness, the teller's work is so poor.
The service at Kanca is satisfying. Look, don't lose to other state-owned banks. They have fast service everywhere, not like BRI where the queues are irregular because there are so many.
It's a shame, you can afford to buy satellites, you can't even make SOPs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi nya berdekatan dengan Markas besar TNI Angkatan Darat Republik Indonesia yang berada di Jalan Veteran. Dekat juga dengan Halte Busway Djuanda.
Tidak begitu ramai. Tempat nya nyaman. Pegawai bank nya baik dan ramah.
The location is close to the Indonesian Army Headquarters which is located on Jalan Veteran. Also close to the Juanda Busway Stop.
Not so crowded. The place is comfortable. The bank employees are nice and friendly.
