★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya buruk sekali!!
Saya nunggu sampai 1jam hanya untuk transfer dana milik orang tua saya. Satpam di depan hanya bilang tunggu saja andaikan saya tidak nanya lagi mau ke teller saya gak akan dipanggil sampai antrian selesai..
Dan setelah lama menunggu sampai ortu saya pulang duluan. Akhirnya saya yg ke teller sendiri. Dan teller menolak karna tidak ada surat kuasa? Tidak ada info dari satpam, dan teller langsung menolak padahal saya sudah menjelaskan kronologinya.
Saya ke cabang ini masuk ke bagian teller sekitar jam 14.00 tanggal 26 April 2021..
Saya atas nama Bona Dwikorana. Informasi Data diri saya tinggalkan di tempat, jika ada tindakan saya siap komplain langsung ke atasan cabang ini. Terima kasih..

 Very bad service !!
I waited up to 1 hour only for the transfer of funds belonging to my parents. The security guard at the front just said just wait if I didn't ask any more I wanted to tell the teller I wouldn't be called until the queue was over ..
And after waiting for a long time until my parents go home first. Finally I went to the teller myself. And the teller refused because there was no power of attorney? There was no information from the security guard, and the teller immediately refused even though I had explained the chronology.
I went to this branch and went to the teller at around 2:00 p.m. on April 26, 2021 ..
I am on behalf of Bona Dwikorana. I leave my personal information in place, if there is any action I am ready to complain directly to the superior of this branch. Thank you..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cabang bank bri terbaik yg pernah saya datengin, kebetulan waktu itu lagi ada transaksi disitu sama orang. pelayanannya bagus, security helpful bgt responsif baru nyampe depan bank udah disapa dan baik juga dlm mengatur antrian, staf2nya juga baik dalam menjelaskan dan pelayanan...saran saya naikin gaji security sama staf2nya aja..
the best bri bank branch I've ever been to, coincidentally at that time there was a transaction there with someone else. the service is good, the security is very responsive and helpful, just arrived in front of the bank, already greeted and good at managing queues, the staff are also good at explaining and serving... my advice is to increase the security salary with the staff..

Yang terbaik dari cabang ini hanya pelayanan Satpamnya yang sangat ramah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg sangat buruk untuk bank.sdh sebulan request cek gak jadi jadi pd hal.sdh datang 4 kali.alasannya lom di verifikasi sama pimpinan cabang.alasannya pencetakan.alasannya yg tandatangan persetujuan blim datang sdh sering bolak balik kesini hasilnya nihil biaya dan waktu yg besar.securitynya jg kurang ramah terkesan arogan
Very bad service for the bank. It's been a month since the check request didn't work on the page. It came 4 times. The reason is that the branch manager hasn't verified it. The reason is printing. The reason is that the one who signed the approval hasn't come, has often come back and forth, the result is zero cost and time. great. the security is also not friendly, it seems arrogant

All staff is helpull. However, parking space is limited, good for motorbike, but not for car.
