★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengerjaan asal asalan, rumah baru selesai bocor di mana mana. Ga rekomend, lebih baik developer yang memang punya nama dan bagus reputasinya. Nyesel beli di sini, lebih baik rumah subsidi kalau kualitasnya memang sama.
The work is careless, the house has just finished leaking everywhere. I don't recommend it, it's better for a developer who has a good name and reputation. I regret buying here, it's better if the subsidized house is of the same quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deket rumah orang tua. Strategis tempatnya sejuk. hanya saja rawan pencuri. Karena banyak jalan / akses untuk orang luar yang bisa bolak balik keluar masuk.
Close to parents house. Strategically cool place. just prone to thieves. Because there are many roads / access for outsiders who can go back and forth.

And the location is near the male tafiz school, the best building is the building (elementary, middle, high school)
