Potent traffic generator. Underperforming staff reflected by their students' performance in the Cambridge International Examinations. They pretty much accept anyone who can pay their way into the school. They have no standards for intelligence to the point that getting the grade "U" in IGCSEs is regarded as a norm. Great school if you're looking forward to burn some cash and your future but otherwise, I suggest applying to other schools in the area.

Terrible management, teachers are not getting the recognition and respect they deserve, and staff are severely underpaid for their efforts. Students are terribly exhausted; satisfaction levels are as low as the Mariana Trench, and teachers don't seem to care for their overall experience in education. Facilities are highly overestimated and poorly budgeted. This is taken to account how much students are forced to pay their monthly expenses for enrollment. School doesn't even know that their students are experiencing extreme discomfort, stress, anxiety and even depression because of how taxing the current curriculum is. For the sake of your children, please HIGHLY reconsider if you plan to enroll. For teachers, you deserve better. Wasting Rp.50 million for enrollment and Rp. 4-4.5 (subject to increase) million each month isn't worth it. You shouldn't even CONSIDER this school as an option once you've read this review.

I would definitely give a 0 star review, but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I could give. The school is terrible. And as a former student of the school, I regret to ever study there. The school has a lot of teachers are just plain terrible. Examples of these teachers are the ones who don't teach at all and tells us to "self-study" the entire book, the ones who would just throw worksheets at us and tell us to just do it and look for the answers in the textbook despite the fact that nothing on the worksheet has been taught, the ones who comes in to the class to gossip about things that are going around amongst the teacher and students of other levels and there are the ones who takes favouritism to a whole new level. I feel like I have to touch on the subject of favouritism as it is the most common issue I've seen in the school. Favouritism happens in every single class and it is usually spotted by how the teacher gives a particular student the best grade despite of the student not exactly deserving of it. This usually happens to those who have connections to the school board of directors. And another example is that those students who have connections to the school board of directors would be given better treatment and chances in maximising their potential. So, yes, it is a huge issue. The school cares about nothing but money. They don't even care about students and it is seen by how they never want to invest in better facilities and teachers, despite the expensive tuition fees students are required to pay each year, including activity fees and other fees. With a lot of terrible quality teachers and so few great teachers (who are underrated and underpaid), they still have the neck to expect A*s in the Cambridge examinations. This school used to be great and fun for everyone. The teachers used to be great and all that. But it went downhill when they started replacing foreign teachers with locals and high quality teacher to low quality teachers to cut costs. Some can't even speak English properly, despite teaching an English-based subject and some just don't speak English at all. (And they still are brave enough to promote that the school is an international school despite having hired a lot of teachers that don't speak English well.) And that's where the quality of the school declined massively. Now, the school is terrible and not one bit fun in any way. Students' potentials are wasted, as chances of maximizing potential are only given to students with connection to the school board of directors. And students are treated so unfairly amongst each other. They treat students differently. They treat the ones with connection to the school board of directors better than the regular ones. And that's just messed up. The school have taught us to treat people equally, yet this is what they do. Very hypocritical, if you ask me. Students are also forced to think and be certain ways just to "fit in" into their weird criteria, which has personally caused severe insecurity issues, anxiety and minor depression at one point. They also have this weirdly fanatical view of Christianity and constantly implies that they're the best and their church is the best and all that, which I find super annoying at times. And there are also some people who just acts super saint-like to promote their church but is actually probably worse than any of us. The school is just plain horrible since they only cared about money and their fanatical views and church (which they constantly promotes) and I won't ever recommend anyone to enroll here.

I have experienced this school, and here are all my thoughts towards this school, I would say the teachers are really biased. Especially me and my friend, the whole class was talking, and we weren't talking at all, then me and my friend got scolded, also I would that this school should be an english speaking environment, but the teachers here can barely speak good English,I would be saying that this school is just so desperate for teachers and money, they would do anything for money Only some of the teachers are great at teachers,I don't recommend for you if u want to apply for this school, students are usually tortured, teachers and staffs are extremely underpaid, with a lack of english education, i would give this school 1 Star at best, over all it would be a 0 star..

I love this school, all the teachers are caring for the growth of the students. Lots of school innovations during this pandemic. Keep doing ur best as a good place to educate people.

Wow, i have never even been in this school, and I am so glad because i couldn't imagine how hard i would've been regretting schooling in here, especially my parents. There ya, folks! This school has literally been dwindling in every aspect for the last 4 years. It's not hard to collapse. Just let it happen before more people get misguided

This is the best school you could ever dream of. The teachers care about the students' growth and gives personal attention to those who need. The school also has an integrated platform named KISS, short for Kanaan Integrated Support System, whereby all learning process and information related to the school can be accessed there. It makes it so much easier for everyone to interact with one another. The curriculum of the school is carefully designed to meet the needs of the 21st century learning and students' future career. With the newly launched Premiere Program that caters to a balanced and holistic education for all, you do not have to be worried of choosing Science / Social stream as both will be catered according to your needs. The school adopts Cambridge Curriculum as their base curriculum as well as additional programs that suit the current needs. The programs are Financial Intelligence, Life Learning Skills, STEAM, Personality Development and Digital Technology, just to name some of them. And the good thing is all of these are intra curriculum which means that everybody will get the chance to learn these skills without being charged additional fee. Aside from that, there has been a lot of improvements also in the school facility and premises which is seen by the classroom renovations, wifi improvements, better air conditioning and other infrastructures with the sole objective of making the students most comfortable in their learning process and always feel like at home. While the school might not be perfect in all aspects, but the very positive thing is the willingness of the school management to hear the suggestions of both the teachers and parents. If you have any suggestions or ideas, feel free to inform the school as they will try their best to cater it. Finally, I truly encourage everyone to join Kanaan Global School in order to experience all the good things that they offer. Only then, you can proof what is mentioned here. See you..

This school is absolutely ripping people off. It is expensive, yet they cannot hire good teachers for the important subject. The school doesnt really care. Instead of hiring good teachers and upgrading the facility properly, they waste their money on useless upgrades like glass board which reflects more light and big unecessary windows on the classes, some upgrades are no longer used total waste of money. For the love of God, do not join this school go somewhere else nicer otherwise you will get scammed.
