★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the food is quite nice. The only thing I not really satisfy is their wan tan noodles. The Noodle is okay but the wan tan not meet my expectations. For their signature duck, if taste with the plum sauce, wow.. The taste is excellent. The passion fruit tea and Red bean also very nice. Overall I am quite enjoying.

Kam's roast food taste lived up to its reputation. I ordered the Spare ribs (only available on the weekends) and Hainanese rice. Both are amazing (though ribs was bit too sweet for my palate, but it's still acceptable). The only downside was the service. I don't know why, but never have i seen a restaurant (especially in one of the top shopping malls in the country) with waiters who obviously don't want to be there. Please pay attention to your people since regardless of how good the food is, if the service is bad, customer probably will be hesitant to return (me included).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get your crispy pork belly. Went here twice in the last month, as imho this is one of the best place you can get a juicy, succulent and great tasting crispy pork belly. Located at the 3rd floor of Plaza Indonesia, parking is a pain if you don't know the area well. But the experience is worth the hassle. If you like roast duck, you'll be in for a treat too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the original in HK and fell in love with the Goose in Kam's roast.. the one in Indonesia, I tried roas duck and lettuce is quite good.. although not as good as in HK but it's going there.. egg and rice also tasty but the kailan is too bitter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 michelin star restaurant originated from Hong Kong. Serving their signature roast duck (originally goose in HK) . Awarded michelin star every year since 2015-2022. So it is a must try for food lovers.
They also served chicken and iberica pork. While the pricetag is on the high side, it's well worthed as the quality and taste are great, and the portion is quite generous.
Located in Plaza Indonesia 3rd floor.. oh you should definitely try the wonton soup..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here at lunch time, they serve lunch special menu, might be cheaper than their usual menu ( not sure, first time here ?). I always love roast pork, for me, they do have the quality of good roast pork, not much fat, but the skin was crispy and taste just right, not as salty as other roast pork. BBQ pork and hainan rice also nice. Quite expensive for "nasi campur" but we'll come back ? and try other menu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The roasted pork and crispy pork belly were authentic, but the service was unexpected. As a Hong Kong restaurant, the staff needs to be more rude while they were WAY too polite to greet us, and when putting the plates and glass on the table, they could be more harsh and spill some of the water next time. Expected bad service, but we got a good one - unreal HK experience.
