Cat kamar tidak di perbagus lagi
Dan jalan akses menuju sini ancur banget
Harga kosannya beragam
Banyak banget kamarnya jadi kesannya kumuh kaya bedeng tapi harga kamar mahal
Paying car park is not included in the facilities provided
Supposedly by paying the car park can be worth it in the parking lot we park improvised pay daily
The ventilation rooms are very minimal just 1 electric plug
Room paint is not improved anymore
And the access road to here is really ruined
Prices are varied
There are so many rooms that it looks like a seedy slope but the room price is expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than 90 rooms are available for rented daily, monthly, or annualy. The average room is 15 m2 wide, partitioned into guest room, one family/bed room, one kitchen, and toilet. Most of rentees are newly-wed couples, little families, or group of labourers of nearby factories.
This complex also have their own children's playground, volleyball/badminton, and basketball field. The landlord is very communicative and responsive to his rentees. He and his staff enforced strict rules which help the rentees lived peacefully here. Definitely will come back in the near future.
