★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located before the toll gate of Cikampek. There is a good restaurant near the gate of Kampung Budaya, named Sangga Buana. Offers traditional food of Indonesia and the price is affordable for the good-tasted food. There's still rice field in this area, but I think it's not owned by the local societies there. The weather in this place, Karawang generally, is very hot. Karawang is an industrial city, so that you may find many new building and less of trees in Karawang. The condition of this village can be said 50% modern and 50% rural.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name tells about itself. So many facilities to accommodate any cultural events and activities in one area. My main interest about this place, is the theater corner managed by Uncle Kwek-Kwek aka Kang Temble. He really knows how to create theatrical ambients on the set and coaches many young talented theater performers in Karawang. I take my hat off for Disparbud Karawang.
