★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tinggal di Kalibaru Residence ini, di blok B3. Rumah nyaman dengan harga investasi menurut saya layaklah, kurang dari Rp 600 juta. Air bagus, udara bagus. Akses jalan agak sempit ya, tapi mobil masih bisa masuk koq.
Lokasi agak jauh dari jalan besar membuat udara terasa segar, plus masih banyaknya pohon, membuat tempat ini layak untuk hunian keluarga. Bentuk perumahan klaster 8 rumah dengan satu pintu akses, penghuni saat ini sdh 5 keluarga, jadi hanya tersisa rumah kosong 3 saja. Kompak dan saling menghormati, itu kesan yang saya rasakan, meski 5 keluarga, termasuk saya didalamnya berasal dari latar belakang suku, agama berbeda. Rugi kalo tidak memiliki rumah di lokasi yang tidak jauh dari Jakarta dengan akses transportasi umum yang memadai dan ramai.
I live in this Kalibaru Residence, in block B3. A comfortable house with an investment price in my opinion is feasible, less than Rp. 600 million. Good water, good air. Road access is a bit narrow, yes, but cars can still enter.
The location is a bit far from the main road making the air feel fresh, plus there are still many trees, making this place suitable for family housing. The form of housing in a cluster of 8 houses with one access door, the current occupants are 5 families, so only 3 empty houses are left. I feel compact and respect each other, even though 5 families, including myself, come from different ethnic and religious backgrounds. It is a loss if you don't have a house in a location not far from Jakarta with adequate and crowded public transportation access.
