Saya puas sekali atas pelayanannya.. Saat saya bekerja, dan ternyata susu anak saya dirumah sudah habis, langsung saja saya log-in kalbestore, dan pesan susu Chilkid, setelah transfer gak perlu nunggu lama, barang langsung di antar ke rumah, anak saya bisa minum susu tanpa harus menunggu saya pulang kantor dulu.. jadi lega, gak khawatir dengan kebutuhan anak yang mendadak.. dapat point pula tanpa perlu repot menyimpan2 dan mengirim struk belanja loh.... pokoknya senang sekalilah belanja di Kalbe e-Store. gak ribet dan nutrisi untuk anak saya terpenuhi..

Saya membeli 10 Fitbar sara buah dan 10 rasa Chocolate, dan saya transfer uangnya pada tgl 30 Oktober 2017. Waktu saya tanyakan ke customer care disebutkan pengiriman 3 - 5 hari kerja. Karena barang belum datang maka tanggal 6 Nopember 2017 saya telpon kembali. Dan diberikan jawaban akan di cek dan diberi kabar 2 x 24 jam. Tanggal 7 Nopemebr 2017 sore saya menerima telpon dari Kalbestore yang memberitahukan bahwa barangnya sudah dikirim dan esoknya saya diberikan no. resi. Stelah saya cek no. resinya ternaya barang tsb. baru dikirim oleh Kalbestore ke J&T pada tgl 7 Nopember 2017 (setelah saya telpon menanyakan dihari sebelumnya). Dan sampai saat ini Tanggal 10 Nopember 2017 jam 9:00 barang tsb. BELUM SAYA TERIMA.
UGLY SERVICE ONCE.
I bought 10 Fitbar sara fruit and 10 Chocolate flavors, and I transferred the money on October 30, 2017. When I asked the customer care it said delivery 3-5 working days. Because the item hasn't arrived yet, on November 6, 2017 I call back. And given the answer will be checked and given news 2 x 24 hours. On 7 November 2017 afternoon I received a call from Kalbestore informing me that the item had been sent and the next day I was given no. receipt. After I check no. the receipt is famous for the item. was only sent by Kalbestore to J&T on November 7, 2017 (after I called to ask the day before). And to date November 10, 2017 at 9:00 that item. I did not accept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makasih banyak ya Kalbe e-Store...kemarin susu anak saya habiis trus hujan pula ribet kluar rumah. jadinya mau beli online aja..ga tau nya mau cari-cari di online kan banyak tu online shop trus ada online nya kalbe.. aku coba belanja ga taunya ongkir gratis ya.. udah tu pas tiba dirumah banyak banget hadiahnya yang dikirim susu gitu ada juga cereal sachet..bingung padahal ga mesen...aku coba telpon ke layanan konsumennya..eh ternyata itu gratis. senengnya..sering-sering ya kalbe kasi gratisan susu..biar kluargaku makin sehat haha..trus kalo ada katalognya boleh donk dikirim hehe..
Thanks a lot, Kalbe e-Store ... yesterday my son's milk was hurried and it was also raining out of the house. I just want to buy it online ... I tried to call the customer service ... it turns out it's free. I am happy ... often, if possible, give me free milk ... so my family will get healthier haha ... then if there is a catalog, please send it, hehe ...
