★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respon nya pelan. Saya Sudah masukin deposit dan Tidak Ada kabar jika trip nya jadi atau tidak. They're extremely slow at responding. I transferred my deposit and they have not follow up in regards to my trip. They're not even sure if the trip is still on or not. What kind of tour agency is this!?

Initially they were responsive but they went radio silence after being asked to create a custom private trip - that was supposed to start in two weeks. I followed up twice and was completely ignored - even though they are online. I received no response. Very unprofessional. Just tell me that you were unable to help rather than just going radio silence. I lost confidence in Kakaban and will never book a trip with them. Ended up booking a trip with another tour company that is much more responsive.
