Order dari bulan Juni n kata ya awal juli udah jadi ampe sekarang blm jadi2.
Di tlf susah di chat slow respon n janji tgl 13 Juli mau dianter kerumah ampe sekarang ga nyampe2,sya tanya alamat ga dijawab.
Ini orang gimana mau laris manis dagangan ya kalo begini caranya.
Yg ada pada kecewa.
Sya tunggu etika baik ya sampe hari rabu tgl 21 Juli 2021.

9 Jan 21, design sudah fix dari saya dan pasangan.
18 Jan 21, saya followup kembali dengan telpon dan WA, admin bilang masih di kereta dan mengatakan insyaAllah selesai paling lambat akhir Januari dan sudah bisa saya ambil.
25 Jan 21, saya followup lagi tapi tidak ada jawaban sama sekali.
26 Jan 21, saya followup lagi bilang sedang menunggu packing.
29 Jan 21, saya followup bilang barang baru ready hari Kamis karena menunggu tile
3 Feb 21, admin WA menanyakan alamat pengiriman katanya mau dikirim via wahana dan langsung saya berikan alamat saya
8 Feb 21, saya followup karena barang masih belum sampai dari tanggal 3 Feb 21 padahal acara saya 14 Feb 21, saya telpon admin WA bilang katanya dapet info pasar mau kebanjiran dan berjanji akan menanyakan nomor resi ke pihak pengiriman
9 Feb 21, saya followup karena belum ada informasi nomor resi sama sekali, saya kesal karena acara sudah sebentar lagi dan meminta untuk mengembalikan DP 50% saya dan post di IG mengenai masalah ini. Admin WA bilang “Ywdh teh klo gak sabar kirim ajh norek ya. Saya tf balik skrng. Saya lgi mau cari ke expedisi ny” Dan kemudian saya berikan nomor rekening saya.
9 Feb 21 jam 14:43 akhirnya DP saya dikembalikan melalui transfer.

I ordered a souvenir since 20 Dec 2020 for my wedding on 14 Feb 2021 and immediately DP 50%.
9 Jan 21, the design has been fixed from me and my partner.
Jan 18, 21, I followed up again by phone and WA, the admin said he was still on the train and said, God willing, it will be finished by the end of January and I can pick it up.
25 Jan 21, I followup again but no answer at all.
26 Jan 21, I followed up again and said they were waiting for packing.
29 Jan 21, I followed up saying the new item was ready on Thursday because I was waiting for tiles
3 Feb 21, the WA admin asked for the delivery address, he said he wanted to send it via rides and I immediately gave my address
8 Feb 21, I followed up because the item still hasn't arrived from 3 Feb 21 even though my event is 14 Feb 21, I called the WA admin and said he said that the market was going to be flooded and promised to ask the delivery person for the receipt number
9 Feb 21, I followed up because there was no receipt number information at all, I was annoyed because the event was approaching soon and asked to return my 50% DP and post on IG about this problem. The WA admin said "Ywdh, if you can't wait, just send it to norek, okay. I'm back now. I'm still looking for the expedition.” And then I gave my account number.
9 Feb 21 at 14:43 finally my DP was returned via transfer.
Please sincerely to be more professional and trustworthy in managing your business.
Hopefully in the future there will be no more couples who experience the same thing as me. Hopefully this happy bride and groom will be more careful in choosing wedding souvenir vendors. Thank you.
