★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden food gem in Kalibata City. Tastiest padangnese culinary nearby, it's often packed with people during lunch hour. Don't expect to sit in comfortably, usually I simply order a take away.
Paru, rendang, and kikil are food I love best here. They're soft, tasty, and enough spicy. Price is regular, I had Paru with rice for Rp. 20k and Kikil with rice for Rp 23k. They also have soto and sate padang that are also worth to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serve us padangnese food with much varieties from omellete to rendang. Have a good taste. Recommended for all of you guys. But the place are too small so doesn't look comfortable to enjoy with big family. Just try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here because ive seen the promising review of Nex Carlos. Too bad we run out of gulai tunjang, telor dadar and rendang paru, maybe because we came at Sunday afternoon. So we ordered tongkol balado and tenggiri balado.
My opinion, the green sambal is not to spicy nor tasty. The rice texture is too mushy. Fish balado is not spicy either. But the hot orange is nice, not too sour with perfect measure of sugar.
The price is very reasonable.
Next time maybe i will back again to try gulai tunjang, telor dadar and rendang paru. Masih penasaran!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite padang restorant. The taste is good, price is very reasonable. Don't expect fancy place, but expect good food, reasonable price. My favorites are all kind grilled fish dishes. Mak nyus.
And they also served bubur kampiun, dessert ala Padangnese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When in doubt, eat Mak Ciak. It could never go wrong. Living in Kalibata City so there are time we argue about what to eat and Mak Ciak is like our comfort food. This padang restaurant over various of menu that will feed your appetite. The price is fair enough for such portion and quality. My favourite is their kikil/tunjang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Tunjang" is quite popular here. Its chewy and packed of flavor. My personal fav here are the "rendang" beef, grilled fish, and Soto Padang (kinda beef soup more rich) They're yummy.

I tried their Tunjang and Rendang. To be honest, it taste allright but defenitely nothing oh-so-special about it. The price also expensive for such place and quality. Even the Dadar (fried egg) is below standard.
Oh,,just another food stall that gain famous because of youtuber visit, not because of the quality or taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place in Kalibata for Lontong Sayur Padang! Located in Kalibata City apartment complex, they also served delicious Padang food. This time I went at 9AM and had the Lontong Sayur Padang with Beef Rendang. Heaven on your mouth, period.
