★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan pegawai buruk sekali, terutama yg perempuan. Mungkin bisa ganti pegawai atau pegawainya di training dulu cara melayani pengunjung dgn baik dan ramah.. kalaupun pengunjungnya dirasa salah, diberitahu dgn baik dan sopan. Tidak dgn marah apalagi sampai di suruh selesai.. pegawainya jangan banyak main hp, ngaca2 aja.. setidaknya sesekali keliling utk pantau anak2 di arena bermain yg agak bahaya..
 Employee service is very bad, especially for women. Maybe you can change employees or staff in training first how to serve visitors well and friendly .. even if the visitor feels wrong, be informed well and politely. Not angrily especially when told to finish ... the employees don't play a lot of cellphones, just mess around ... at least occasionally go around to monitor the children in the playground which is a bit dangerous ...
