★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati2 order di toko ini, baca terms and condition. Jangan ada lagi yg kecewa seperti saya. Saya terburu2 membayar DP, dan menyetujui pemasangan kaca dan alumunium merek A "atau setara". Ternyata yg terkirim bukan merek yg setara, tapi yg kualitasnya di bawah itu, dan harganya lebih murah. Alasannya stok ga lengkap. Padahal saya buru2 bayar DP karena info "harga akan naik". Kesalahan saya tidak membandingkan harga dg toko lain, ternyata harga juga lebih mahal dari harga pasar.
Bukan hanya itu, strict sekali term pembayarannya. Barang tidak akan dikirim atau diturunkan dari mobil sebelum dilunasi 100% berapapun DP yg sudah dibayar. Tidak ada kepercayaan pada pelanggan dan jaminan utk pelanggan. Ketika barang datang tidak sesuai spec atau hasil pemasangan kurang bagus, posisi konsumen sudah tidak bisa komplain apa2. Resiko di tangan konsumen karena dianggap sudah menyetujui term and condition. Pelayanan buruk dan tidak ramah. Tidak memikirkan kepuasan konsumen. Jadi pastikan baca hati2.
Survey pengukuran juga bukan bagian dari service karena harus bayar di muka.

It turned out that what was sent was not an equivalent brand, but one of lower quality, and a cheaper price. The reason is that the stock is not complete. Even though I rushed to pay the down payment because the info "price will go up". My mistake was not comparing prices with other stores, it turned out that the prices were also more expensive than the market price.
Not only that, the terms of payment are very strict. Goods will not be sent or unloaded from the car before being paid 100% regardless of the DP that has been paid. There is no trust in customers and guarantees for customers. When the goods arrive that do not match the specifications or the installation results are not good, the position of the consumer can no longer complain. The risk is in the hands of consumers because they are considered to have agreed to the terms and conditions. Bad and unfriendly service. Not thinking about customer satisfaction. So make sure to read carefully.
Measurement surveys are also not part of the service because they have to be paid in advance.
