★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summitmas building has 2 main building, they are Summitmas 1 and Summitmas 2. Both has the same parking area for cars and motorcycle. Parking area maintained by Secure park. Only member of tenants who are able to be member of Summitmas parking. Initial fee for car is Rp. 350.000 and Rp. 200.000 for motorcycle. Then monthly fee Rp. 300.000 for car and Rp. 150.000 for motorcycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like old building structure only added few technology. I don't like the motorcycle parking lot it's too narrow, one good thing they have mini market just at the back of the building.

2 bank are available on tower 1. BCA and Mandiri bank.
Have few good restaurant at ground floor and coffeeshop. Also have 1 convenience store.
The minus thing is the carpark didnt have any lift so you have to go down by stairs to lobby then enter the main tower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old, the parking lots sucks, so narrow & crowded. The building itselfs, solid construction, clean, tidy, yet tipical old building. Need rejuvenate.. just my personal thoughts, no offense.
