★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review buat al barokah, pekerjanya tidak sopan, tidak tau tata krama dirumah orang, nggak mutu, kerjaannya tidur di jam kerja dan saat majikan berada di rumah. Saya ada fto pekerja yg lagi tidur dan dengan posisi tidak sopan , kalau saya mau saya share tapi saya masih punya tepo seliro
Review for al barokah, workers are not polite, do not know manners at home, not quality, work sleeping during working hours and when the employer is at home. I have fto workers who are sleeping and in an impolite position, if I want to share, but I still have tepo seliro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utk pemilik & admin sbnernya sih cukup kooperatif... Tapi utk pekerjanya saya 3x ambil disini, semuanya kabur tanpa ada kejelasan.... Padahal pekerjaan jg cm jaga anak & bersih2, itu pun ga bnyak...
For the owner & admin the friend is quite cooperative ... But for the workers I take 3 times here, everything runs away without any clarity .... Even though the job is also to take care of the kids and clean, even that doesn't make much ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan pernah sekali-sekali ambil PRT / Babysitter di agen JPTK Al-Barokah ini, pelayanan sangat tidak baik , saya belum lama mempekerjakan babysitter gaji 2jt pengambilan 850rb dengan garansi 3 bulan.
Setelah hampir 3 bulan si babysitter selalu mencari-cari masalah yang tidak jelas sampai adu mulut dengan istri saya , yang diawal istri saya hanya menanyakan dimana seragam kerjanya .
Saya sampai inisiatif bertanya dengan pemilik agen untuk penyelesaiannya tapi dijawab dengan sangat tidak baik, dengan sangat lantang dengan tidak ada titik penyelesaian masalahnya . Lalu saat maghrib si babysitter dibawa ke kantor agen sampai malam hari dibawa pulang , tanpa kata-kata si babysitter masuk kamar sampai besok siang si babysitter tidak melakukan apa-apa sesuai jobdisk seakan-akan menunggu saya menyuruhnya berhenti bekerja .
Saya mencoba berbicara menanyakan ada apa dengan si babysitter tapi langsung dijawab ‘bila saya dipulangkan maka saya akan pulang’ .
Selang 2 jam karyawan dari agen datang untuk menjemput dengan alasan bahwa majikan yang menyuruhnya pulang , saya mengelak bicara seperti itu tapi si babysitter tetap dibawa pulang dengan meminta kekurangan gaji.
Setelah 3 hari tanpa pembicaraan dengan agen, garansi juga tidak diclaim , padahal dalam perjanjian 3 bulan pekerja keluar maka akan diganti dengan yang lain tapi dari pihak JPTK Al barokah tidak ada respon sama sekali .
Semoga ini bisa jadi pembelajaran untuk yang ingin mempekerjakan PRT / Babysitter di agen ini
Don't ever pick up a domestic worker / babysitter at this JPTK Al-Barokah agent, the service is not very good, I recently hired a babysitter with a salary of 2 million, taking 850 thousand with a 3 month warranty.
After almost 3 months, the babysitter was always looking for unclear problems and argued with my wife, which at the beginning of my wife only asked where her work uniform was.
I took the initiative to ask the owner of the agency for a solution but was answered very badly, very loudly with no resolution point. Then when sunset the babysitter was brought to the agency office until it was brought home at night, without a word the babysitter entered the room until tomorrow afternoon the babysitter did nothing according to the jobdisk as if waiting for me to tell him to stop working.
I tried to talk and asked what was wrong with the babysitter but was immediately answered "if I go home I will come home".
After 2 hours, the agent's employees came to pick him up on the grounds that the employer told him to go home, I avoided talking like that but the babysitter was still brought home asking for a shortage of salary.
After 3 days without talking with the agent, the guarantee was also not claimed, even though in the 3 month agreement the worker left, it would be replaced with another but from the JPTK Al Barokah there was no response at all.
Hopefully this can be a lesson for those who want to employ domestic workers / babysitters in this agency
