* Kelebihan: kosan Exclusive dan terlihat baru, fasilitas lengkap: dapur, mesin cuci,kompor,kulkas. ruang tamu dan teras luas. Kamar: kasur besar dan empuk, bantal baru, AC, balkon, lemari dan cermin. Kamar mandi di dalam kamar dan luas: exhaust, westafel, shower, WC duduk & jetset. Wifi dan penjaga kos yg responsif, aman dan ada CCTV. Disekitarnya banyak jual makanan, minimarket,dll. kemana2 dekat, dilewati angkutan umum.
* Kekurangan: agak ribet karena kalau mau keluar masuk pagar harus digembok. kalau belanja online siap2 belanjaannya dilempar (kecuali pke gosend/grabsent) karena gak ada lubang peket dan pagarnya tinggi. Ada bel cuma pada malas buka pintu buat ambil paket orang lain. Anjingnya kasihan, saya berharap kandangnya diperbesar atau di bebaskan aja.

Honest review:
* Pros: Exclusive boarding house and looks new, complete facilities: kitchen, washing machine, stove, refrigerator. spacious living room and terrace. Room: big and soft mattress, new pillows, AC, balcony, wardrobe and mirror. The bathroom is in the room and spacious: exhaust, sink, shower, toilet seat & jetset. Wifi and boarding housekeepers who are responsive, safe and have CCTV. There are many food stalls, mini markets, etc. everywhere close, passed by public transportation.
* Disadvantages: a bit complicated because if you want to go in and out of the fence you have to lock it. if you shop online, be prepared to throw your groceries away (except for gosend/grabsent) because there are no peket holes and the fence is high. There is a bell only when you are lazy to open the door to take someone else's package. Poor dog, I hope the cage is enlarged or released.
