★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my mom's photoshoot for a pricy package. When done, I received hardcopies and softcopies in CD. But when checking the CD, I only received Raw photo (unedited). When calling the customer service/receptionist, they decline our request to send the edited photo(s) via Email / Whatsapp . This photo is very important for passport/visa and the deadline is stringent. Don't recommend having service in this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get a formal portrait package (pasfoto) from this place. The quality of the photo paper is great, okay editing (my face color becomes too white), and the photographer is nice to talk with. BUT this place decline the request of sending the softcopy via email. With that price, shouldnt you at least be able to send the softcopy via email/whatsapp? What kind of place still use a CD (or flashdisk/USB) anyway, we live in a digital age, no recent laptop even has CD driver anymore.
Not recommended if you're looking for a portrait to send online to apply for job, school, institution, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the place is so easy to find, the parking lot is spacious, and the service is super quick and to the point. since this is a studio mostly for family pictures, we are able to get the poses and pictures that we wanted, and all the backdrop are up to us. the lady who's instructing and sets the studio is super nice, just like the photographer therefore we weren't nervous at all! would definitely take fam pics here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service for such a high price. The CS staff is impolite and not professional to handle the clients. The photographer worked by himself without any assistant, so it was a bit hectic in the studio. I think it's not worth with such a high price, just tried it once and will never be back :) now I know why the other reviewers said that this place very bad compared to the Jonas Bandung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is not as good as I thought. My fam and I were nervous during the photoshoot because we were not comfortable with the way the staff directed the pose of us. Maybe that one staff can be more polite and humble while doing the job so the customer will feel fine during the photoshoot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent photographer & assistant. Really helped my niece to look at the camera. Unfortunately... their payment method is worst!!! Cant use debit?? Paid 4 million idr cash on 2022. Not that many options of background too.
