Saran aja Bosque,kalo mau mulai usaha,baguskan pelayanan... insyalah lancar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya kasihan sama yang punya, peralatannya termasuk lengkap tapi karyawannya tidak bisa memaksimalkan.
kebetulan mobil saya dicuci sama karyawan yang sangat kurang, tidak tahu kalau karyawan lain, terutama saat mengeringkan cenderung asal cepat selesai saja jadinya masih banyak yang basah, saya mengerti tidak harus 100% kering tapi yang ini benar benar parah akhirnya saya sendiri yang lap ulang disana, parahnya karyawan tersebut melihat seperti biasa saja tidak ada perasaan tidak enak sama sekali customer nya yang lap sendiri, malah langsung ditinggal.
saat bayar juga tidak ada keinginan sama sekali untuk mengembalikan kembalian walaupun saya juga awalnya berniat tidak menerima kembalian nya tapi lihat seperti itu jadi malas juga.
saran saya bos nya atau minimal ada perwakilan yang mengawasi kerjaan anak buahnya, sayang saja fasilitas nya cenderung cukup baik tapi dikerjakan oleh anak buah yang ogah ogahan, padahal masih jam 7 pagi yang seharusnya masih semangat.

when paying also there was no desire at all to return the change even though I also initially intended not to receive the change but seeing that it was so lazy too.
My advice is the boss or at least there is a representative who oversees the work of his subordinates, unfortunately the facilities tend to be quite good but are carried out by subordinates who are reluctant, even though it's still 7 in the morning who should still be enthusiastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ karyawannya kurang ajar, hari ini sy cuci tgl 2/11 jam 08.00, karyawan kasih kembalian 20rb nunggu dikasih tip, dikasih 2500 (500x5) uangnya ditaroh di kaca wiper, mobil jalan baru keliatan. kalau sy tau masih di bengkel sy siram itu anak. gak ada terimakasihnya, maunya dikasih tip brp? 10rb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perlu bnyak perbaikan, yg utama saja sudah minus, hasil cucian tidak bersih, kwalitas buruk, padahal ini yg pertama ada sebelum sebelah ada,sebelah lebih baik, SDMnya mesti di latih lagi, belum ada kesan yg menyebabkan orang balik lagi.
