The staff are not professional, manicure and pedicure results in the soles of the feet, wounds and bleeding, there are no words of apology and regret from those who did. Won't come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dua kali terakhir smoothing disini selalu kurang memuaskan. Kirain yg terakhir kemarin udh mulai rada bagus stylist nya, ternyata masih sama aja kurang bagus. Akar Rambut bagian belakang bawah masih keriting, yg keliatan lurus-nya mah yg atas-atas doang. Beda sama johnny di mall tetangga-nya, yang sepengalaman saya gak pernah bikin kecewa smoothing-annya
The last two times the smoothing here has always been less than satisfactory. I thought the last one yesterday was getting a little better with the stylist, but it's still the same, it's not that good. The hair roots at the bottom of the back are still curly, what looks straight is the top and the top. It's different from Johnny at the neighboring mall, which in my experience has never disappointed the smoothing
