★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di cek barang sudah smpai di Drop point sepatan ini dari tanggal 9, jam 5 pagi, tapi sampe sekarang barang belom dalam status pengiriman, padahal daerah ny sudah deket, pas di telpan barang mau di ambil sndri, sudah bisa, nah gua bilang mau di sebutin no resi apa nggak, kata cs nya datang aj langsung, pas gua datang, gua sebutin no resi nya lalu dia cek, alhasil cs nya bilang barang belom smpe di sni, nah ke 1 kesimpulan ny perbaiki pelayanan nya buat cs "DISINI", klo di telpon tolong di cek jga no resi nya jngn uda smpe sana, mala hasil nol barang blm sampe. Ke 2, dari aplikasi J&T sndiri, klo memang barang belom sampai ga usah ada pemberitahuan barang sudah sampai sana. Terima kasih !
