Padahal saya gk suka Kasih rate jelek kesiapapun bagaimana pun pelayanan dan kurirnya pasti saya kasih rate bagus.
Tapi saya kecewa banegttttttt
1. Buku Tabungan dan ATM saya di kirim dr J&T dengan pembayaran COD untung saldo BUTAB saya 100 ribu saya maklum mungkin kurir nya Baru saya pikir sampai 1 minggu saya Tungguin BUTAP saya tak sampai sampai dan di cek di Track nya sudah di terima oleh saya padahal saya seminggu nunggu2 gk sampai ke saya padahal Pengiriman Express 2-3 hari sampai. Alamat pengirim Jakarta selatan dan saya Jakarya Timur hanya beda City doang tapi saya kerja dia jg kerja jadi saya saya percaya pengiriman barang saya di Kirim pakai J&T. Karena Jarak J&T Lumayan dkt dan menurut saya terpercaya jg karena sudah lama langanan jg tapiiiiii Faktanya...!!!!!
2. Barang belanjaan saya dr Shopie
Itu jg sama Sudah saya Terima di cek di Track nya, padahal saya blm terima gitu looo.
Saya bukan menjelek jelek kn Perusahaan ini,
Saya ingin kalian Jelas Dong untuk pengirimanya detail gitu looo. Kita Bayar Kok Pengirimannya lain tadi ada Gratis Ongkir dr J&T nya Boleh boleh aja suka suka Kalian. Ini kita Bayar gitu loooo.
Kalau gk dr ongkir kami, kalian gk akan Bisa Makin Maju gitu looo. Jika Boleh Manajemen atau atas nya Di Lihat lg Yg bawahanya gimana kerjanya.
Misalnya nih alamat saya Tidak jelas, saya kn cantumin Nmr HP saya dengan jelas. Misalnya Nmr saya Tidak aktif WA saya kn bisa di Hubungi jg. Jasa pengiriman Lain saya di chat dr WA (mbak paketnya) atau di telpon dr WA. Masak kurirnya gk sampai segitu
Saya gk tau peraturan kurir J&T ke Nasabah saat mengirim barang...
Kali boleh saran saya perbaikan lah

Even though I don't like it, I give bad rates to everyone, whatever the service and courier, I will definitely give a good rate.
But I am disappointed banegttttttt
1. My Savings Book and ATM was sent by Dr. J&T with COD payment, fortunately my BUTAB balance is 100 thousand I understand maybe the courier I just thought that until 1 week I waited for BUTAP I didn't arrive and the check on the Track was received by me even though I waited a week for not getting to me even though Express Delivery arrived in 2-3 days. The address for the sender of South Jakarta and mine is East Jakarya, only different from the city, but I work, he also works so I believe my delivery is sent using J&T. Because the distance between J&T is not bad and in my opinion it is also reliable because it has been a long time to handle it, but the fact is ... !!!!!
2. My groceries from Shopie
