★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang banget, gak nemuin pelayanan seperti ini di tempat JNE yang lain, dari Staff kurang paham, staff kurang bersahabat, minta asuransi tapi asuransi letternya buat saya gak di sertakan. Kayak punya perusahaan pribadi yg isinya keluarga.
The service was not very good, I did not find services like this at other JNE places, from the staff did not understand, the staff was not friendly, asked for insurance but the insurance letter for me was not included. Like having a private company whose contents are family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists are rude. I've refrain from using their service even though they're very close from my location. The branch located in Sumur Batu is way more hospitable. But to be fair, if you only care about getting your package sent, this place is ok.
