β β β β β VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. pertama dateng di kantor kosong, hanya ada 2 mas2 lg makan di luar, sy tnya buka atau ngga, dy jawab buka, tp lg offline. Sy blg yauda titip aja, dia suruh sy taro paket2 sy di meja d dlm. Selagi beres2 dia teriak dr luar "tinggalin aja mba, nnt mba kesini lagi". Sy geram, sy ga jawab. Trs mas yg 1 akhirnya masuk ke dalem bilang hal yg sama yg dia teriakin. Sy blg rumah sy jauh, tolong titip aja, sy bayar dl, nnt mas nya kirim resi via whatsap. Akhirnya mas yg 1 lagi selesai makan dan bilang "oh mba kayanya sudah online ditunggu aja". Cara ngomong nya semua tidak sopan sm skali. Sy kecewa sekali dengan JNE dan akan lebih pilih pengiriman lain yg lebih profesional dan gak belagu ky JNE!
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. first come in the office is empty, there are only 2 masg lg eat out, sytnya open or not, dy answer open, but lg offline. I just left it, he told me to put my packages on the table inside. While he was clean, he shouted from outside "just leave me, don't come here again". I'm furious, I'm not answering. Then the first brother finally entered the palace, saying the same thing that he was convinced. I'm still far away, please just leave, I'll pay, then send the receipt via WhatsApp. Finally, the one who finished eating again and said "oh mba, it seems like I've been waiting online". The way to talk is all rude and not polite. I am very disappointed with JNE and will prefer other shipments that are more professional and not hesitant, JNE!

hari sabtu tgl 11 januari 2020 dateng mau kirim surat2 ke depok.. cuma ada mas mas 1 org,ngelayaninnya menurut saya βgak pinterβ ngetiknya salah mulu plus gak konsen karena mas nya pake hansfree..
di resi kota tujuannya cisompet,garut padahal mau kirim ke depok.. udah tanya,mas ini kenapa garut. dia jawab itu kantor pusatnya..
trus minta service yg sehari smp,malah ditulis service OKE.. gimana siii ? klo gak bisa kerja gak usah kerja.. saya minta tanggung jawabnya
smp skrg paket saya belum smp tujuan..
gak lagi2 kirim barang pake JnE ini kalo karyawannya masih bodoh sprti itu
bad service ..

in the city of Cisompet destination, Garut even though I want to send to Depok ... I have asked, why bro. he said it's the headquarters ...
then I asked for a service that was in junior high school, instead it was written OK service .. what should I do? if you can't work you don't have to work .. I ask for the responsibility
but now my package is not working yet ..
no longer send goods using this JnE if the employees are still stupid like that
