Uda is still closed at 10, it says open at 9. The employees are not friendly, run away 2s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penjaga JNE tgl 22 juni 2021 ga ramah dan ga solutive, kirim dokumen resmi pake amplop saat saya tanya bisa ga alamat nya tolong di tempel di amplop, karena tulisan tangan saya jelek. Dia membuat alasan "kalo saya salah ngetik gmana?" Padahal alamatnya saya udah saya tunjukin dan lengkap dengan penerima dan kode pos.
Saya bales "saya yang ketik deh mas" lalu dia diem. Akhirnya saya pindah JNE.
The JNE guard on June 22, 2021, is not friendly and not solutive, send official documents using envelopes when I ask, can you please put the address on the envelope, because my handwriting is bad. He made excuses "what if I typed wrong?" Even though I have shown the address and it is complete with the recipient and zip code.
I replied "I typed it, bro" then he was silent. Finally I moved JNE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A much better JNE agent outlet compared to others. Not very crowded, with cool AC. Friendly staff as well. And unlike other outlets, they allow you to reuse JNE plastics, which is a great plus
