★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JNE Pluit Raya ini sudah dipandang oleh sya sebagai kantor pengiriman yg tidak punya etika, karyawannya tanpa senyum, dan tidak punya tanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaannya.
Sya datang jam 09.00, semua komputer masih mati, tidak ada petugas di loket dan membiarkan konsumen menunggu sambil ngeliatin orang yg sedang bersih2.
Sungguh hebat sekali...
 JNE Pluit Raya has been seen by me as an unethical delivery office, employees without a smile, and have no responsibility for their work.
I arrived at 9:00 a.m., all computers were still dead, there were no officers at the counter and let consumers wait while watching people who were cleaning.
It's really great ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas disebarang emporium pluit mall,tempatnya lumayan luas,pelayanan ya sangat baik,kasir dan kuriernya ramah loh,boleh dateng sekalian makan diwarung 0adang sampingnya..
Pas disebarang emporium pluit mall, the place is quite spacious, the service is very good, the cashier and the curier are friendly, you can come and eat at the side of the bed.

Saya ingin berbagi pengalaman BURUK saya dengan salah satu staff kalian yang bernama AIK (saya gatau ini nama fiktif atau bukan). Saya telp baik2 pada hari ini jumat 20 Agustus 2021 pukul 15:27 ingin menanyakan apakah ada jasa pick up yg di provide dari JNE Pluit Raya.
Dari awal saya telp, staff kalian yang bernama AIK luar biasa ketus & langsung bilang "telp lagi besok karena kirimnya besok kan? Kalo telpnya sekarang SAYA TAKUT LUPA"
Apakah pantas jawabannya seperti itu?
Selain TIDAK ADA SOPAN SANTUN dalam menjawab telp, dia juga SANGAT TIDAK PROFESSIONAL. Bukankah kalian ini sedang bersaing utk mendapatkan customer?
Jika service yang kalian berikan seperti ini, apakah menurut kalian para customer akan memilih JNE Pluit Raya?
Mohon utk bapak/ibu owner di training kembali staffnya yang bernama AIK.
Tapi saya rasa dia menyebutkan nama fiktif karena takut di laporkan.
Silahkan di cek telp tgl 20 Agustus 2021 pukul 15:27 & siapa yang menjawab telpnya.

I want to share my BAD experience with one of your staff named AIK (I don't know if this is a fictitious name or not). I called properly today, Friday, August 20, 2021 at 15:27, I want to ask if there is a pick up service provided from JNE Pluit Raya.
From the first time I called, your staff named AIK was extremely curt & immediately said "call again tomorrow because it will be sent tomorrow right? If you call now I'm Afraid to forget"
Is it appropriate to answer like that?
Apart from NO PRINCIPLES in answering the phone, he is also VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Aren't you guys competing to get customers?
If the service you provide is like this, do you think customers will choose JNE Pluit Raya?
Please, for the owner, to retrain his staff named AIK.
But I think he mentioned a fictitious name for fear of being reported.
Please check the phone on August 20, 2021 at 15:27 & who answered the phone.
