★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cabang ini sepertinya harus dievaluasi ulang dari JNE pusat karena sangat amat parah pelayanannya. Alamat pengiriman paket saya adalah gedung perkantoran. Tanggal 7 Maret 2021 (Hari Minggu), paket saya gagal dikirim karena kantor tutup dan pihak JNE tidak langsung melakukan pengiriman kembali di Hari Senin, melainkan baru 3 hari kemudian (Tanggal 10 Maret 2021/Hari Rabu) dicoba kirim lagi tapi status trackingnya mendadak langsung alamat tidak lengkap. Padahal Hari Minggu itu bisa ditemukan alamatnya. Setelah complaint terus ke call center JNE, paket saya baru dicoba kirim lagi tanggal 15 Maret 2021 (Hari Senin). Sampai malam paket masih belum saya terima dan entah dimana paket saya
 This branch seems to have to be re-evaluated from the central JNE because the service is very, very bad. My package delivery address is an office building. March 7, 2021 (Sunday), my package failed to send because the office was closed and JNE did not immediately send it back on Monday, but only 3 days later (March 10, 2021 / Wednesday) I tried to send it again but the tracking status was suddenly immediate incomplete address. Even though on that Sunday the address can be found. After the complaint continued to the JNE call center, my package was just tried to send again on March 15, 2021 (Monday). Until that evening, I still hadn't received the package and I don't know where my package was
