entah ketemu sama yg levelnya apa
tp cara nanyanya arogan n musuhin (berasa kya lg di review sama CEO badmood)
galak tapi berbelit2, yah intinya sih disuruh lapor sama yg pusat
padahal cuma nanya posisi barang dimana?
sekaligus sharing blm genap seminggu pernah ada kiriman YES yang nyampe 4 Hari
dan kali ini mencoba aware biar hal yg sama g terjadi lagi
dari nanya senyum2 sampe keluar gak pamit saking siyoknya
customer service dan leadershipnya semoga bisa diperbaiki, soalnya JNE udah bukan Market leader lagi kan ya
cobak breakdown manajemennya adik kompetitor (JNT)
biar bisa ngejar ketinggalan
hehehe
*cuman lewat iseng nanya, bukan pengirim, bukan penerima tapi jadi kesel makanya curhat
** pedagang juga tapi g pernah pke jne, pakenya jnt

but the way to ask is arrogant n enemy (feel like again in a review with CEO Badmood)
fierce but complicated, well the point is told to report to the central one
even though just asking where the goods are?
as well as sharing even before a week has ever been sent YES which arrived 4 Days
and this time try to be aware so that the same thing can't happen again
from asking smiles until it came out not saying goodbye so siyoknya
I hope the customer service and leadership can be improved, because JNE is no longer a Market leader
try to breakdown its management sister competitor (JNT)
so I can catch up
