★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang hilang kirim di jne. Diklaim katanya bisa. Ditelp apakah pakai asuransi. Kirim sejumlah berkas untuk klaim. Yang katanya kalau asuransi dana akan dikembalikan sesuai harga barang tersebut. Estimasi 9 hari kerja.
BOHONG !!!

Sampai sekarang 27 Agustus 2020 TIDAK SELESAI.
Setiap menghubungi hanya menjelaskan masih dalam penanganan,itupun saya hubungi dulu ke cs jne menanyakan kejelasan. Kalau tidak dihubungi ya Pihak Klaim JNE ini hilang!
Terakhir telp tanggal 13 Agustus 2020. Pihak klaim jne a/n Bapak Samsul hanya menegaskan,kalau saja saya menginfokan imei maka selesai klaim hilangnya.Dengan nada sedikit keras menahan emosi.
Tanggal 21 Agustus 2020 saya infokan no imeinya. Saya hubungi juga cs jne 3 hari berturut2 setelah info imei. Tapi pihak klaim jne tidak ada tanggapan. Setiap ditelp hanya menjelaskan akan dikoordinasikan,akan diprioritaskan
Mohon ketersediaan waktunya untuk menunggu karena masih dalam proses penanganan.
PENANGANAN SAMPAI 3 BULAN.
JANJI INFO IMEI DAN KLAIM SELESAI HANYA JANJI. SAMPAI SEKARANG PIHAK JNE HILANG TIDAK ADA KABAR. LALU KEJELASAN KLAIM HILANG SAYA BAGAIMANA??
ALASAN BANYAK SETIAP DITANYA MELALUI TELP MAUPUN EMAIL.
SEPERTINYA TINDAKAN JNE YANG SEPERTI INI MENJELASKAN BAHWA TIDAK ADA PERGANTIAN BARANG HILANG SAYA.
JNE TIDAK MAU TANGGUNG JAWAB !!!

 Lost items send at jne. Claimed he could. Did you use insurance on the phone. Submit a number of files for claims. Which he said if the insurance funds will be returned according to the price of the item. Estimated 9 working days.

Until now 27 August 2020 NOT FINISHED.
Every time I contacted it only explained that it was still being handled, and even then I contacted CSJne first to ask for clarification. If not contacted, then the JNE Claims Party is lost!
The last call was August 13, 2020. The claim party, Mr. Samsul, only emphasized that if only I informed IMEI then the claim of disappearance was finished. With a slightly harsh tone holding back emotions.
On August 21, 2020 I will inform you of the ime number. I also contacted CS JNE 3 consecutive days after the IMEI info. But Jne's claim has no response. Every phone call only explains that it will be coordinated, will be prioritized
Please provide time to wait because it is still in the handling process.
HANDLING UP TO 3 MONTHS.
IMEI INFO PROMISE AND COMPLETE CLAIMS JUST PROMISE. UNTIL NOW THE JNE PARTY IS LOST NO ANNOUNCEMENT. THEN MY CLAIMS MISSING HOW?
There are many reasons for asking by phone or email.
JNE'S LIKE THIS ACTION LIKE THIS EXPLAIN THAT THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT OF MY LOST ITEMS.
JNE DOES NOT WANT TO RESPONSIBILITY !!!
JNE DOESN'T HAVE A GOOD ITIKAD WITH CUSTOMER.
JNE IS NOT RUNNING A PROCEDURE.
JNE CUSTOMER HARM.
JNE INSURANCE IS JUST A SHEETER NOT A SURE PROCEDURE
THE MEANING OF THE JNE PROCEDURE IS STUPID !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutup aja ekspedisi payah. Pantes gak laku. Tp herannya ga bangkrut bangkrut. Di shopee pasti ngemis orderan. Udh seminggu lebih gak di kirim kirim. Pake acara Sabtu minggu libur. Dan bisa Saya katakan ini ekspedisi terlemot di muka bumi. Entah apa yg dilakuin. Kalo kirim barang dah gitu ngamuk ngamuk. Jd aneh ngliatnya
Just shut down the lousy expedition. No wonder it doesn't sell. But surprisingly it doesn't go bankrupt. At the shopee, you must be begging for orders. It's been over a week that it hasn't been sent. Use the Saturday Sunday holiday. And I can say this is the slowest expedition on earth. I don't know what was done. If you send the goods, you will be furious. So it looks weird
